Inn At Crestwood, Boone

My stay at the hotel was mixed. The bed was comfortable, which is a plus, but I was disappointed by the cleanliness and maintenance of the room. The facilities, especially the spa and pool, were not up to par, and the staff didn't seem helpful when I raised concerns. Overall, while there's potential here, issues with upkeep make me hesitant to return.

This hotel has a lot of charm, and the views are absolutely stunning. The staff were genuinely nice, and the food was fantastic. However, the room size was a bit on the small side and the bed was uncomfortably hard for me. Still, the positive aspects outweighed the negatives during our stay.

Breakfast was continental and free, which was nice, but could have been upgraded to offer more options. There are also some safety concerns with dead trees on the property that should be addressed.
